Network Engineer/System Administrator / Helpdesk

Insight Networking Technologies is immediately seeking to hire an intermediate Network Engineer/System Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team! You will be responsible for Implementation, Remediation, and Continuous Management of Physical and Virtual Windows based LAN/WAN environments. Candidates should be capable and embracing of an autonomous workplace and be actively involved in account management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data networks
• Implementation and Management of Microsoft virtualized infrastructures.
• Management of Windows based networks /Active Directory, to include Account management, Security / Group Policy Management, System Upgrades, Application Management, Firewall, and Proactive Patch Management
• Support industry standard applications and proprietary line business applications.
• Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performance to include Capacity Management, Server, Endpoint, Firewall Security, and Backup and Disaster/ Recovery Validation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 yrs previous experience in Managed Services / Network, and infrastructure Management
• M365 Certifications a Plus
• Strong Windows AD/Domain management
• Familiarity with Industry standard Firewall Security and Backup Solutions
• Virtualization Technologies Management ( Vmware / HyperV )
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail.

Experienced in the Administration, Configuration, and Deployment of:

Windows Server 2022-2025, Hyper V, M365
Windows 11 , Office 2019-2024. Office 365, Windows RDS
Firewalls ( Watchguard / Sophos / SonicWall / Barracuda)

EDR Programs: Vipre / Sentinel One -Singularity

RMM: N-Able N-Sight

Backup Programs: (N-Able - Cove Backup / Datto)
Virtualization Technologies (Intermediate Mgmt. (VMware / Hyper-V ) Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
