Network Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Network Engineer to join our technology team and support the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure and network environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network technologies, server infrastructure, virtualization, and security controls, ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of critical systems supporting our digital banking platform.

You will work closely with cloud, DevSecOps, security, and application teams to maintain a secure and scalable technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and support:
• Routers
• Switches
• Firewalls
• VPN solutions
• Wireless networks
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Support virtualization environments and infrastructure services.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.

Security & Compliance

• Implement network security controls and best practices.
• Support vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring & Operations

• Monitor infrastructure availability and performance.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cloud, DevSecOps, security, and application teams.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and technology initiatives.

Documentation

• Maintain infrastructure diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Document incidents, solutions, and technical standards.

• 3+ years of experience in network and infrastructure administration
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
