Role Overview

Connect Office CM LLC is seeking an experienced Network Security Manager to lead the protection of our digital infrastructure. Based at our Rustaq office, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring advanced security measures to safeguard our network integrity and corporate data.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Defense: Design and maintain secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Threat Management: Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Incident Response: Lead the response team during security breaches and perform forensic analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Policy Development: Establish and enforce comprehensive network security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure all network operations align with local Oman data protection regulations and international security frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior IT staff on security best practices and emerging threat landscapes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in network security or a similar specialized role.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Cisco/Fortinet systems, SIEM tools, and encryption protocols.
• Certifications: Active CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security certifications are highly preferred.
• Location: Ability to work on-site at Building 23, Rustaq.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO4,300.000 per month
