Job description:

Role & responsibilities

a) Should be familiar in working with Computer / laptop/ workstation and LAN network.

b) Should have knowledge of LAN network / WAN network hardware like Routers, Switches and wireless Access point

c) To co-ordinate with L2/L3 team whenever if any network failure / hardware & Systems failure not working and raise ticket and pursue with them to resolve the issue as soon as possible

e) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

f) Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices & software and video conference.

g) Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues by analyzing and resolving faults,

h) Perform troubleshoot and resolve different problem and evaluate LAN and WAN functionality to administer all shortcomings.

Preferred candidate profile

* Good communication skills in both English, Hindi, Marathi.

* Working knowledge with computer/laptop/LAN/WAN networking can be preferred.

* Field Work ( two wheeler Needed, Petrol allowances paid )

* Experience: 0 - 1 years

Education

UG: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, Electrical
