What You’ll Do

• Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and connectivity performance
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall issues
• Provide technical support for internal teams and external clients
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and network security systems
• Respond to network outages and ensure timely resolution
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance
• Document issues, solutions, and network configurations
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve system efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in network support, IT support, or NOC operations
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
• Basic understanding of network security principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with experience)
