Network Support Engineer, Engineer Certificate SIRA

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity to ensure optimal network performance and maximum uptime.
• Configure and administer Windows and Linux servers, including user account management, file systems, and security policies.
• Oversee IP addressing schemes and manage DHCP and DNS services to ensure efficient network operations.
• Monitor network security, respond to threats, and maintain firewall rules and access control policies.
• Perform regular system backups, implement disaster recovery plans, and conduct routine maintenance to safeguard data integrity.
• Deploy, configure, and support networked devices such as printers, VoIP systems, and wireless access points, ensuring seamless integration.
• Conduct periodic network performance analysis and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and speed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, asset inventories, and network diagrams.
• Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Experience in CCTV configuration and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• SIRA Engineering certification reqired.
