Responsibilities

• Deliver L2/L3 operational support for a complex enterprise network.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure.
• Provide advanced support for Checkpoint firewalls, ensuring network security and reliability.
• Resolve escalations and ensure seamless network performance across key operational sites.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Proven L2/L3 network support experience.
• Expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Checkpoint firewalls.

Desirable Skills

• Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) - Advanced policy management and endpoint visibility.
• Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) - Data center networking with policy automation capabilities.
