Network Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure servers, terminals, routers, and related software.
• Complete cabling, networking, and installations within targeted timelines.
• Perform regular data backups and system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot network, Windows, and hardware issues promptly.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and equipment tagging.
• Provide timely technical support to users.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science or other related degree
• Experience: 3–4 years in IT/network support
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication skills
