SALARY RANGE:

• Network Systems Technician: $2,555.57 - $3,775.76 Bi-weekly ($66,444.82 - $98,169.76 Annual)
• Help Desk Technician: $2,378.12 - $3,513.57 Bi-weekly ($61,831.12 - $91,352.82 Annual)

There are 9 steps in the salary range. New hires will be offered Step 1 as starting salary

REPORTS TO: Information Technology Supervisor

The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is one of 21 Regional Centers that are community-based, private non-profit corporations under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services. RCEB provides intake, assessment, diagnosis, and coordinates community-based services for over 25,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, this position supports the organization's technical operations, including desktop hardware/software, server and network infrastructure, VoIP telecommunications, database, and web applications. The role will be filled based on the candidate's qualifications, either as a Network Systems Technician or Help Desk Technician.

Candidates with only Help Desk support experience are encouraged to apply.
