The Role
This key role within Brennan’s Transitions Team is to provide timely and comprehensive progress updates to Brennan Communication clients, Brennan IT internal stakeholders. To work both internally and directly with clients to effectively manage the deployment and commissioning of new Voice and Data services. To continuously improve the Efficiency and Excellence of Service Delivery ad measured by Client Satisfaction ratings
Role Responsibilities- Managing end-to-end delivery of Brennan Voice and Data services to Brennan customers
- Providing accurate and timely updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Complete ownership of the allocated portfolio
- Proactively managing carrier circuit and voice service delivery and effectively utilising the set escalation channels to achieve the desired customer outcome
- Validate order form requirements and promptly highlight any discrepancies
- Ownership of prompt resolution for provisioning related faults / issues
- Develop and maintain in depth knowledge and understanding of Brennan inhouse systems to effectively perform day to day duties
- Responsible for cross functional coordination for implementation of the scope of work as defined
- Maintaining internal and customer communication during the provisioning process
- Adherence and compliance to the defined processes and tasks assigned
- Assist with development of new and existing Brennan Voice and Data products.
- Continuously improve our processes and systems to deliver best practice services to clients.
- Any other task/ duties aligned with your role or in support of your team as advised by your leader.
Key Competencies and Qualifications required- 5+ yrs. of extensive experience in Managed Services or Telco environment
- Demonstrated experience with project, program or transition governance
- Demonstrated experience with Telecommunications network provisioning
- Demonstrated experience with voice products
- Understanding of network technology and terminology
- Strong customer focus and passion for customer service excellence
- Ability to coordinate and multitask effectively
- Ability to thrive in fast phase environment
- Continuously maintain high level attention to detail
- Autonomous time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work within and across teams.
- Capability to build and maintain relationships with customers and staff.
- Good knowledge on ITSM Tools & Processes
