Networking Assistant

Job Description

• Ensure stable, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the company’s critical IT infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize internal LAN networks and SDWAN solutions.
• Participate in IT infrastructure implementation, migration, and improvement projects.
• Perform software updates and routine maintenance on operating systems and network equipment.
• Provide second- and third-level IT support for internal teams.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation related to IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with the centralized Baltic IT team.

Job Requirements

• Higher (even incomplete) or secondary education in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience working as an IT administrator.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN operations, and L2 switching.
• Experience configuring network devices such as switches and access points (Aruba/HPE preferred).
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, or similar solutions.
