We are seeking a Neurologic Physical Therapist who is eager to collaborate on growing an innovative business that optimizes people's lives. You are not just looking for a job; you are

Who You Are:

An Experienced Clinician: You have at least 2 years of experience in neuro-rehab. You
don't just follow protocols; you help innovate them. NCS Certification is a massive
advantage. Parkinson's, Vestibular, Balance or other certifications are valued. Must have
or be able to be licensed in Texas.

An Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are motivated to be a part of a high-tech company that
is building a holistic brain performance practice. You are a problem solver who runs
toward challenges, not away from them.

A Relentless Learner: The science of neuro-rehab is evolving. You are the type of
clinician who reads research papers for fun and is constantly upskilling. Training and CE
will be provided.

outcomes, and patients rave about your bedside manner.

people and have impeccable integrity.

What You Will Do:

Clinical Care: With a team, manage a caseload of complex neurologic diagnoses
(Stroke, TBI, SCI, Neuro-degenerative, Neuro-developmental) and brain performance
clients using our proprietary protocols and technologies.

Innovate: Collaborate with leadership and our interdisciplinary team to develop and
integrate new technologies, methodologies, and brain-based programming into patient
care pathways.

Build Culture: Help establish a culture of excellence, compassion, resilience, and
optimism that infects every patient and team member with a passion for brain health and
service to others.

Build Relationships: Work in community outreach and business development efforts to
build referral relationships.
