Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neurologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of neurological disorders, providing comprehensive care to patients with conditions affecting the nervous system. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and neurological assessments to diagnose conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools such as medical imaging and diagnostic radiology to aid in patient evaluation.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to provide holistic care.
  • Manage chronic conditions, ensuring appropriate psychopharmacology interventions when necessary.
  • Provide critical care in emergency situations, utilizing knowledge of emergency medicine protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Neurology.
  • Hold an active unencumbered Texas medical license.
  • Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques and diagnostic radiology.
  • Experience in managing chronic neurodegenerative disorders and conducting physical examinations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in neurology.

Pay: $290,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
