Neurology Physician Assistant

A leading regional healthcare network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Neurosurgery team. This role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities across two hospital sites.

About the Opportunity:

• Assignment Length: Dec 2025 to June 2026

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient (50/50 split)

Responsibilities:

• Managing inpatient rounds and conducting outpatient clinic visits

• Performing neurosurgical consults, postoperative follow-ups, and ongoing care management

• Performing inpatient procedures under physician supervision, as needed

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the EMR

Qualifications:

• Active NJ Physician Assistant (PA) license

• Active CDS and DEA registration

• Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma

• Working knowledge of EMRs

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in a Critical Care and/or Neurosurgery role/setting

• Working knowledge of Epic EMRs
