Responsibilities

• Reports to the Lead Clinician
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures including cleaning and turning on equipment and lights
• Perform patient diagnostics
• Document intake history and examination for lead clinician
• Upload diagnostics to EHR system
• Assist in patient therapies and documentation in EHR
• Clean and put away all exam and treatment equipment
• Ensure that the treatment and restroom areas remain calm, welcoming, and clean
• Uphold the positive reputation of our office by always treating visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate manner
• Abide by all office policies and procedures

Preferred Skills/Abilities

• Strong people/communication and development skills
• Electronic Health Records knowledge
• Experience in a Medical Clinic or Therapy Clinic

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree or job-related vocational training.
