Neurosurgery Sales Manager

RAUMEDIC is a highly respected and growing organization providing polymer production concepts in extrusion, injection molding and assembly – from the initial idea through to the end component or system - for the medical and pharmaceutical industry. We are one of the most trusted medical device manufacturing partners in the world and seek for the US a Neurosurgery Sales Manager.

Main Tasks:

• Realization of the local territory Clinic US business plan including specific revenue and market share targets.
• Training and resource management support for distributors in their respective sales territories.
• Plan, conduct and monitor RAUMEDIC Inc. Team Clinic product demos including the progression and duplication of existing product training and clinical education programs with clinical personnel including physicians, nurses, technicians and administration.
• Attend RAUMEDIC supported US congresses and international workshops
• Collect and validate market-side feedback for continuous improvement of existing and development of new competitive product programs and systems for the US.
• Support forecasting efforts and monitoring of product stock levels as requested.
• Support US based customer service and logistics with product training as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Under-graduate in science, business or any relevant engineering specialty.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position or 5+ years as an ICU nurse or technician.
• Relevant clinical experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year- for-year basis. A formal medical education is a strong plus
• Successful candidates must be willing to travel intensively throughout the territory and the entire US over 80% of the time.

General Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

Working hours employee must be available, Monday through Sunday. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and colleagues.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
