New Automotive Sales Associate

We are seeking an energetic and motivated New Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Napleton's Oak Lawn Mazda. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, building relationships, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing journey. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales growth, support inventory management, and help create memorable customer experiences.

<Duties>

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects through CRM software to ensure consistent follow-up and deal closure.
  • Conduct high-end automotive sales by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and upselling additional features or services.
  • Negotiate deals effectively with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets.
  • Support inventory management and control by staying informed about current vehicle stock levels and marketing upcoming models.
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to connect with prospects, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in sales support activities such as preparing proposals, managing retail math calculations, and maintaining organized records of sales activities.

<Experience>

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a focus on outbound sales and customer engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and dealership operations is highly preferred.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customer bases.
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to manage multiple prospects efficiently.
  • Experience in public speaking or automotive marketing can enhance your effectiveness in engaging customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in high-pressure environments with outstanding communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service orientation. Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
