Duties
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business goals.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Oversee project management initiatives related to business development efforts, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and other relevant tools for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and project management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
