Alliance America, a trusted leader in wealth management and insurance services for over 40 years, is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to support our VP of Insurance Sales and new business operations. This is an on-site position only.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Location: On-site in Bradenton, FL (no remote option)
Responsibilities

Assist VP of Sales and Marketing with day-to-day sales support activities

Run life and annuity illustrations and assist with case design

Support field agents with questions and case status updates
-
Prepare, review, and process insurance applications and related paperwork

Scrub documents for completeness and accuracy, order exams, and track case status

Assist with agent contracting, licensing, and appointment processing

Handle commission-related questions and route to appropriate internal contacts

Maintain accurate records and update CRM/client databases
-
Provide high-quality customer service to agents, clients, and internal staff
-
Perform other administrative tasks as needed in a fast-paced office environment
Qualifications
-
1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience required

Experience in insurance, investments, or financial services strongly preferred

Familiarity with life insurance and annuity products a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required

Experience with CRM or agency management systems preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Positive, professional attitude and a strong team orientation

Must be able to work on-site in Bradenton, FL on a full-time basis

Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Annuity Agent license (or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe) preferred/required per company policy
