Work our internet leads and earn 50%. No ceiling, no commute.

What you'll do

Engage prospective buyers via phone, email, and online chat to qualify leads and generate interest

Conduct outbound sales calls to build a strong pipeline and nurture ongoing customer relationships

Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently

Negotiate and close deals while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction

Upsell warranties, accessories, and service packages to maximize customer value

Track all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using CRM software

Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new vehicle launches

Qualifications

Required: Minimum 2 years of experience at a franchise car dealership

Required: Valid state salesperson license

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales

Strong negotiation skills with experience closing high-end vehicle deals

Familiarity with CRM software and structured sales pipeline management

Excellent communication skills — phone etiquette, active listening, and public speaking

Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote environment

Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
