This is a relationship-driven role designed for the ambitious career pivoter. You will be fully trained to help us build a niche ecosystem around AI transformation for home service businesses. You won't be selling products; you will be facilitating meaningful experiences that drive value. Your past experience in managing people, handling complex situations, or building rapport will be your foundation.

You will receive comprehensive, step-by-step guidance as you learn to:

  • Identify and Invite the right people into targeted roundtable events for the home service industry.
  • Co-Host and Facilitate those events, learning to guide meaningful group discussions around topics like AI for dispatching, customer service, and marketing.
  • Build and Nurture a niche community of home service professionals with the support of an experienced team.
  • Execute a Structured Follow-Up process after the roundtables, ensuring every connection is maintained.
  • Craft Authentic Outreach that sparks conversation (not copy-paste spam), with templates and coaching provided.
  • Collaborate on long-term engagement workflows and strategies, learning the mechanics of B2B growth.
  • Participate in pre-calls, interviews, and podcast-style sessions to go deeper with standout voices in the home service space.

You'll then use our proven process to identify key people on LinkedIn and craft thoughtful, personalized outreach, inviting them to join a real conversation with peers.

Next, you're in a roundtable session you helped organize, observing and co-hosting alongside a senior team member. After the session, you're updating your post-event flow: a mix of personalized follow-ups, relevant resources, and invitations to next steps (when it makes sense), all guided by our internal playbooks.
