Position Overview

This role focuses on client hunting, market research, and building new business pipelines for our U.S. staffing and AI services.

Responsibilities :

· Build targeted U.S. lead lists and prospect databases.

· Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).

· Prepare reports on outreach performance and conversions.

· Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns.

Requirements :

· Strong research & analysis skills.

· Interest in client acquisition, consulting, or staffing.

· Knowledge of CRMs or automation tools is a plus.
