New Client Sales Representative — B2B Sales

What we do

Morgan Cohen & Bach helps businesses get paid. When a company has unpaid invoices piling up, we step in and recover that money for them. Our clients are business owners, CEOs, and finance executives at companies of all sizes. We use a unique process that combines deep investigation, skilled negotiation, and legal strategy. Most firms cannot do what we do. We are the only company in the country that guarantees our results.

What you will do

Warm leads come to you — business owners and finance executives who already need help and are looking for a solution. Your job is to listen, understand their problem, build their trust, and bring them on as a client.

This is not cold calling strangers. This is real business-to-business sales. You will be talking to CEOs and CFOs about real problems that cost their companies real money. It is a serious conversation — and a rewarding one.

What you can earn

You start with a base pay of $3,000 -$4,500 per month plus commission & bonuses.

Strong performers who earn a promotion move into account management. At that level, monthly pay moves to between $6,000 and $9,000 per month.

Our top performers make between $12,500 and $17,000 per month. Part of that income is permanent — it keeps coming in every month from accounts you helped build, even after they are fully developed. You build it once. It pays you for years.

Where this role can take you

This is an entry-level role with a real path forward. Strong performers move into account management, leadership, or expanded sales territory.

What we are looking for

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, proven track record of success in a sales role, leadership experience (Team lead, Coach, Trainer, Captain, Shift lead etc).
