We are currently seeking a New Construction Estimator who is ready to grow with us and play a key role in our continued success.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems in new construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components. This role is essential to our project planning and execution, helping ensure we deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review construction drawings and specifications to determine project scope
• Prepare detailed estimates covering labor, materials, and equipment
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather project data
• Ensure compliance with local codes and industry standards
• Support the bidding process, including responding to RFIs and clarifications
• Track project costs and assist with change orders when needed
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
• Contribute to and update internal cost databases for future use

What We're Looking For

• Experience in estimating mechanical systems within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with estimating software and digital tools
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
