Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team. The Construction Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that our construction site homes remain clean, safe, and organized throughout the project. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and outside of the box thinking to enhance productivity and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of newly constructed homes, commercial sites, remodels, etc.
• Rough cleaning and final cleaning of homes and/or commercial sites.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, appliances, equipment, and fixtures.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction cleaning preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Frequent standing, walking, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, and kneeling.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds
