We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New Construction House Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing newly built residential properties to meet high standards of cleanliness and safety before homeowners move in. Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all areas of newly constructed homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and utility rooms
• Perform detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to ensure a pristine finish
• Remove construction debris, dust, and leftover materials from the property to prepare it for occupancy
• Maintain high standards of customer service by communicating professionally with project managers or homeowners when necessary
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning equipment responsibly

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with an energetic attitude toward completing tasks efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or team members
