Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled, reliable plumber to join our team. You'll work under our master plumbing contractor license, handling up to 1-4 service calls per day ( depending on job) with opportunities for both residential (90%) and commercial (10%) projects. Requirements
- 2+ years of plumbing experience
- Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes
- Reliable transportation
- Clean Driving Record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Be able to work 8-4. Some days may be earlier or later.
Duties
- Execute new construction and remodeling projects from start to finish, including demolition, framing, plumbing, and finishing work.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Perform construction plumbing tasks, including pipe threading and installation.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians and HVAC technicians as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle. and work environment on the construction site.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and operating machinery.
- Provide maintenance person services as required for minor repairs or adjustments during the remodeling process.
- Maintain quality standards and follow company checklists
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Work independently while collaborating with team
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or remodeling with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with construction plumbing, welding, HVAC systems, and basic electrical work is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during projects.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.
- Previous experience in commercial driving is a plus for transporting materials when necessary.
- Ability to push, pull, kneel and stand for long periods of time, lift heavy materials safely and effectively throughout the project duration.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
