Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Design Studio Manager based in Greenville, SC. The role involves managing the daily operations of the design studio, assisting customers in selecting finishes and upgrades for their new homes, and providing exceptional customer service. The Design Studio Manager will coordinate with homebuyers and sales consultants, oversee schedule adherence, and lead the design process from initial consultation to final selections. They will also provide leadership for the design studio, ensure project timelines are met, and collaborate with vendors to maintain product offerings and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to homebuyers throughout the design process
• Proven expertise in Team Leadership and the ability to manage a collaborative design team effectively
• Experience in Sales, with a focus on assisting clients to make informed and satisfying choices
• Project Management skills, including the ability to track timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with interior design principles or homebuilding processes is highly desirable
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, project management, or a related field preferred
• Experience and understanding in reading blue prints preferred
