Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks related to new home construction projects
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain project records
• Set up new jobs in the project management system
• Support billing and payment processing for projects
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and address inquiries
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project milestones are met
• Prioritize and multitask to manage multiple projects simultaneously
