New Home Sales Consultant

Cheldan Homes is seeking a motivated and outgoing New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Graham, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment and is excited about building connections within the local community.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the homebuying process while actively generating new leads through marketing, networking, and outreach.

Schedule:

  • Wednesday – Sunday
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Monday & Tuesday off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective buyers in model and inventory homes
  • Generate new leads through community involvement and outreach
  • Build relationships with realtors, buyers, and local businesses
  • Market available homes through social media and local events
  • Manage follow-up communication and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Guide buyers through contract to closing
  • Represent Cheldan Homes with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for sales and marketing
  • Ability to work weekends consistently
  • Real estate or new home sales experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

  • This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential.
  • Earn commission on every home that closes and funds

This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by performance-driven income and the opportunity to control their earnings.

  • Uncapped commission structure—top performers have significant income potential

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
