Cheldan Homes is seeking a motivated and outgoing New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Cleburne, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment and is excited about building connections within the local community.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the homebuying process while actively generating new leads through marketing, networking, and outreach.
Schedule:
- Wednesday – Sunday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Monday & Tuesday off
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective buyers in model and inventory homes
- Generate new leads through community involvement and outreach
- Build relationships with realtors, buyers, and local businesses
- Market available homes through social media and local events
- Manage follow-up communication and maintain a strong pipeline
- Guide buyers through contract to closing
- Represent Cheldan Homes with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Outgoing personality with a passion for sales and marketing
- Ability to work weekends consistently
- Real estate or new home sales experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
- This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential.
- Earn commission on every home that closes and funds
