We are seeking a bilingual New Home Sales Specialist to join our team and assist with residential new-construction home sales.

The New Home Sales Specialist will guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying process, from the initial introduction to closing. This role requires providing exceptional customer service, presenting our homes and communities effectively, and ensuring a smooth and positive purchasing experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, this individual should be motivated to build lasting client relationships while successfully promoting and selling our new homes.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences related to new-construction homes.
  • Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of available homes.
  • Assist clients throughout the sales process, contract review, and closing procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, property management, and administrative staff to coordinate showings and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients from initial interest to closing.
  • Stay informed about market trends.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases.
  • CRM Software proficiency.
  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred).

Skills:

  • Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer and mobile technology expertise.
  • Bilingual (Spanish is a must).
  • Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge:

  • Ability to learn about our Homes Models and their features.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques to facilitate appointments for our customers.

Education:

  • Minimum High School Diploma with relevant sales experience.

Schedule:

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule.
  • Saturdays and Sundays are required.
  • 40 hrs per week.

We DO NOT offer remote work.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
