Valor Communities is excited to launch a 6-month New Home Sales Training Program designed for graduates and soon-to-be graduates in real estate. This program offers hands-on experience, guaranteed weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time new home sales role.

Compensation & Incentives

Guaranteed Pay: Earn $1,000 per week for the full 6-month training program.
Vehicle Allowance: Provided during your on-site training period.
Commission Advantage: For your first 90 days, receive 1/3 of your commission paid upfront on all ratified contracts written with a preferred lender — no waiting until closing to earn.

Career Path

Begin as a paid trainee in either Huntsville or Birmingham.
