New Homes Superintendent

Seeking an experienced manager to be a new-home construction superintendent/project manager that has the skills and personality to be the personal builder for our customers while managing subcontractors, schedules and materials. Must be an excellent communicator and amazing at prioritizing duties. Must be able to use computers/smartphones/ipads for work purposes. Will manage from 10 to 25 new homes at one time depending on size and project complexity. Understand emailing, internet, texting, and Bluetooth with no hesitation. Having experience with production home building or having a construction management degree will be a big plus. Must have clean driver record and current valid license. Must pass drug tests. Needs to live in or move to Kingman, AZ or very nearby.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
