New Logo Sales Manager

On behalf of our client we are seeking '' New Logo Sales Managers '' who are passionate about opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and winning new customers.


Role Overview


This role is fully focused on new customer acquisition. Unlike account management positions, this role centers on identifying new business opportunities, initiating first contact, building relationships from scratch, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

You will own the entire sales cycle — from first meeting to deal closure — and proudly say:

“We won this customer.”


What You Will Be Doing


  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential new B2B customers across different industries
  • Initiate first contact with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Analyze customer needs and position the most suitable solutions
  • Manage negotiation, proposal, and contract processes end-to-end
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on new opportunities
  • Track and report sales activities and forecasts in CRM systems


Who We Are Looking For


  • Proven experience in B2B new business sales
  • Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, CRM, document management, or digital solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in presentations and customer-facing meetings
  • Consultative sales mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
