About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a New Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team in our DTLA location. The New Media Specialist owns the end-to-end creation, editing, and execution of FASHIONPHILE’s live and video-first content across owned marketing channels, with an emphasis on social media. This role independently plans, hosts, operates, and delivers both live and pre-recorded content, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and on-brand experience from concept through publish. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead FASHIONPHILE Live Shopping initiatives, independently hosting and operating live shows, managing all pre-production and broadcast tasks, and engaging viewers in real-time.
  • Produce, film, edit, and publish short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels, FB maintaining consistency in brand voice, style, and execution for maximum reach and shareability.
  • Own the full production process for long-form YouTube videos, including ideation, pre-production planning, shooting, editing, delivery, and publishing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience hosting or producing live shopping events, with the ability to lead and operate live shows independently
  • Experience the RED cameras or advanced production equipment
  • Knowledge of products that we sell. Knowledge of ultra-luxury accessories and fashion industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube Creator Studio and platform analytics
  • Experience supporting long-form scripting and editorial contact
  • Background working with product-forward or fashion-related content
  • 2-4 years of experience in video production, content creation, or new media

Compensation:


FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $71,000-75,000 for this position in our DTLA Location. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
