New Mortgage Loan Officer

Our model: Lenders compete, you win. We partner with 10–15 lenders so you can place loans competitively across a wide range of products. What you’ll sell (and be trained to sell) You’ll be supported in originating:

  • Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
  • Jumbo, HELOC
  • HECM (Reverse Mortgage)
  • SBA & Commercial loans
  • Primary, Second Home, and Investment property financing

Three-Day Mortgage Loan Officer Bootcamp (Instructor-Led)

You’ll learn the fundamentals you need to start taking real borrower conversations confidently:

  • Intake + discovery that uncovers the right loan options
  • Documentation standards and clean file habits (reduce conditions)
  • Pre-approval workflow and expectations
  • Realtor partner conversations and referral fundamentals
  • Compliance-first communication (the right way, from day one)

What we’re looking for

  • Florida resident (required)
  • Newly licensed MLO in Florida or actively pursuing licensing now
  • Coachable, ethical, and consistent—shows up daily
  • Strong communication skills (phone/text/email)
  • Veterans encouraged to apply (but not required)

What you’ll do

  • Take inbound/outbound borrower calls and complete structured intakes
  • Build pre-approvals and guide borrowers through next steps
  • Maintain clean documentation and follow process checklists
  • Build referral relationships (especially Realtors and local partners)
  • Stay compliant in all communications and file activity

Pay: $143,739.00 - $287,315.00 per year
