New Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Team Member

Dental Designs of Stroud is looking for a friendly, outgoing New Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. This role focuses on helping new patients get started with our practice by providing excellent communication, verifying insurance benefits, and ensuring appointments are set up accurately.

This position is ideal for someone who loves talking with people on the phone, is highly organized, and enjoys creating a warm and welcoming first impression for patients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping them take the first step toward improving their dental health.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage new patient phone calls and online appointment requests
• Follow up promptly with prospective patients requesting appointments
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visits
• Collect and enter accurate patient demographic and insurance information
• Create new patient records and ensure insurance is set up correctly
• Confirm upcoming new patient appointments
• Support general front desk duties and assist the team as needed

• Dental front desk experience preferred
• Comfortable discussing insurance benefits with patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
