Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a New Product Development Associate. The role involves assisting in the research and development of new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying emerging body care trends. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, overseeing production timelines, and supporting product testing and quality assurance initiatives. Additionally, the associate will ensure alignment with brand vision and sustainability goals throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in NPD within personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market
• Proficiency in product development, research, and trend analysis
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for supplier management and production scheduling
• Knowledge of product testing processes and quality assurance standards
• Interest in sustainability, plant-based formulations, and innovative body care solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Product Design, or a related field is preferred
