New Product Development Engineer (Plastics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of new plastic products from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct material selection, testing, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure feasibility and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and MIS for management review.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to support innovative product development.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in new product development (NPD) in plastics (Fresher can also apply).
• Strong understanding of polymer properties, processing methods, and testing standards.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CAD, simulation tools, Excel).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Plastics Technology, or related field
