<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details, wine pairings, and dietary accommodations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing openTable reservations for seamless seating arrangements
• Ensure food safety standards are met by practicing proper sanitation, food handling, and food preparation procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable experience in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs or bar areas

<Experience>

• Proven experience as a server or in a similar food service role within a restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities
• Prior experience working in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings preferred
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Background in food industry standards including sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling practices
• Experience with serving in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or bar areas is advantageous
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
