New York litigation attorney needed

Job Title: Contract / Per Diem Litigation Attorney
Location: New York City & Nassau County (in-person court appearances required)
Compensation: $100–$250/hour (based on experience)
Position Type: Contract / Per Diem

We are seeking an experienced Contract / Per Diem Litigation Attorney to assist with court appearances and litigation support on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

• Appear in NYC and Nassau County courts (conferences, motions, hearings)
• Draft and review motions, briefs, pleadings, and related litigation documents
• Handle discovery and motion practice
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing in New York
• Strong knowledge of NY court procedures and NYSCEF
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency a plus, not required

Compensation:

• $100–$250 per hour, depending on experience and scope of work
