New York State Licensed Esthetician

Responsibilities:
-This job is for an Independent Contractor / Treatment Room renter by contract.

- Will be responsible for monthly rental

- Must have own liability insurance

- Must have a booking/scheduling site (Salon will advertise and assist via social media) and active client base for retention.

- utilities, maintenance, paper products covered and supplied by the Salon.

-The independent contractor will make their own work schedule and 100% of all fees charged by the contractor for treatment services rendered go to the contractor.

- The Independent contractor will have their own private treatment room to work in that is fully equipped and will have full access to the Salon in general.
- Provide a wide range of esthetic services to clients, including facials, waxing, and body treatments. Lash experience is a plus.
- Perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following all sanitation protocols
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics

Skills:
- Valid NYS Estheticians license with up to date skills and certifications
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Ability to upsell additional treatment services and retail products to clients (may sell their preferred products)
- Experience in Teeth whitening assistance (a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience in eyelash extensions (a plus)
