Newborn Baby Care Specialist (Dubai) Live-Out

Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly responsible Newborn Baby Care Specialist to provide professional care for newborn infants and support families during the critical early months. The ideal candidate has hands-on newborn care experience, strong observational skills, and a calm, nurturing approach.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a newborn caregiver, maternity nurse, baby nurse, or neonatal care assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complete daily care for newborn babies (0–6 months)
• Support feeding routines (breastfeeding support, bottle feeding, sterilization of feeding equipment)
• Monitor baby’s sleep patterns and help establish healthy routines
• Perform safe diapering, bathing, and hygiene care
• Handle newborns safely and confidently at all times
• Observe and report any health or behavioral concerns to parents/supervisors
• Maintain accurate daily baby care logs (feeding, sleep, diaper changes)
• Prepare and clean baby bottles and feeding supplies
• Ensure nursery and baby items are clean and sanitized
• Follow safe sleep and newborn safety guidelines
• Provide night care support when required
• Support mothers with postnatal baby-care guidance (non-medical)
• Travel with family if required (optional depending on assignment)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of newborn or infant care experience
• Experience handling newborns is mandatory
• Certification or training in newborn care, caregiving, or nursing is preferred
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Calm, patient, and nurturing personality
• Strong hygiene and safety awareness
• Physically able to handle infant care duties
• Flexible with working hours and shifts
• Trustworthy and professional behavior with families
• Ability to follow instructions and care plans carefully

Preferred Qualifications:

• Caregiver or nursing assistant certification
• Maternity nurse or baby nurse training
• Experience in private homes, maternity centers, or clinics
• Knowledge of newborn sleep and feeding routines

Working Conditions:

• 6 days per week
• Shift-based schedule (day or night assignments possible)
• Overtime may be required depending on family needs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (based on experience and skills)
