Full Job Description
Angel Baby Care Services is hiring dedicated and experienced Newborn Care Specialists to provide high-quality, non-medical care to newborns and families during the postpartum period.

This role involves hands-on infant care, parent education, and maintaining a calm, supportive environment within private homes. Care is provided through overnight, daytime, or 24-hour shifts depending on client needs.

Duties Include:

• Feeding support (breast, bottle, and combo feeding guidance within scope)
• Diapering, soothing, and general newborn care
• Establishing healthy sleep foundations and routines
• Tracking and documenting feeding, sleep, and behavior
• Educating parents on safe sleep and newborn care practices
• Maintaining cleanliness of baby-related areas
• Observing and reporting any concerns appropriately

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience working with newborns preferred
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Strong understanding of newborn development and care practices
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries

Work Schedule:

• Overnight shifts (required for most placements)
• Flexible daytime and 24-hour opportunities available

Work Location:

• In-person (DMV area)
