Night Nanny / Newborn Care Specialist Team (Triplets)
Location: Fort Collins, CO metro area (July–October) → Seattle, WA (October–December)
Schedule: Overnight (9:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Contract:* July 2026 – December 2026 (with relocation)
Position Overview
This is a highly specialized overnight role supporting infant triplets and is intended for experienced Newborn Care Specialists only. We are building a coordinated NCS team to provide structured, consistent overnight care from July through December 2026, including relocation to Seattle in October. Candidates should have direct multiples experience, strong overnight systems, and the ability to work collaboratively at a high professional level.
Candidates must be open to relocating with the family to Seattle, WA in October, with all travel and housing accommodations provided.
Schedule
Overnight shifts: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM (11 hours)
Initial Phase (July–September)
Sunday–Thursday nights (5 nights/week)
Two NCS scheduled overnight
Ongoing Phase (September–December):
Schedule may taper to 3–5 nights/week based on babies’ development
Guaranteed weekly hours provided for consistency and retention
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate overnight care for newborn triplets
* Manage and execute feeding schedules (breast, bottle, expressed milk, or combination feeding)
* Provide knowledgeable, respectful support for a breastfeeding mother, including overnight coordination of feeds
* Properly handle, store, label, and prepare expressed breastmilk in accordance with safe handling guidelines
* Support with pump setup, cleaning, and milk storage systems
* Assist in managing feeding rotations between babies efficiently overnight
* Maintain detailed, accurate overnight logs (feeds, diapers, sleep, notes)
* Implement and maintain consistent soothing and sleep routines
* Safely clean, sanitize, and organize bottles, pump parts, and feeding supplies
* Collaborate closely with co-caregiver(s) to ensure smooth, efficient overnight flow
* Maintain a calm, quiet, and highly organized overnight environment
Team Structure & Expectations
* Two caregivers will work together overnight during the first 8 weeks
* Candidates must be comfortable working collaboratively as part of a coordinated team
* Clear communication, consistency, and professionalism are essential
* All caregivers are expected to follow a shared care system and documentation process
* Must be comfortable with 11-hour overnight shifts in a structured environment
Breastfeeding & Feeding Support (Key Focus Area)
* Demonstrated experience supporting breastfeeding mother, including:
* Pumping support
* Bottle preparation using expressed milk
* Milk storage and labeling systems
* Strong understanding of breastmilk handling best practices (storage times, warming methods, hygiene)
* Ability to balance breast and bottle feeding routines, particularly with multiples
* Commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and consistent feeding workflow overnight
Location & Travel
* July–October: Fort Collins, Colorado
* October–December: Seattle, Washington
The selected team must be willing to transition with the family.
All travel, housing, and relocation logistics will be provided and arranged.
Compensation & Benefits
* $50–$70/hour, depending on experience (higher for multiples specialists)
* Overnight shifts are 11 hours (9 PM – 8 AM) and compensated hourly
* Guaranteed weekly schedule of Sunday–Thursday nights during initial phase
* Guaranteed hours for consistency and retention
* Will pay retention package to assure care in relocation
* Travel to Seattle covered (flight + baggage)
* Housing provided during Seattle portion of contract

* Minimum 5+ years experience as a Newborn Care Specialist or night nanny
* Direct experience with multiples (twins or triplets required)
* Strong knowledge of:
* Newborn feeding and sleep patterns
* Overnight care systems and routines
* Bottle prep and sanitation
* Comfortable managing multiple infants simultaneously overnight
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Calm, efficient, and proactive overnight presence
* CPR/First Aid certified
* Covid vaccinated
