ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide high level administrative support for Next Steps, Guest Services, and Missions centrally.

Coordinate and manage the Next Steps calendar.

Coordinate and manage content development and delivery.

Collaborate with central Data Team and Communications Team to support database functions and move assigned projects to completion.

Provide scheduling, coordination, and hospitality support for team meetings.

Manage billing and payment processes for Missions.
-
Assist with coordinating trips and teams for Missions.

Perform office tasks and basic bookkeeping, including maintaining records and files, and ordering supplies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Three years of senior level administrative experience
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet

Ability to prioritize and multi-task with tight deadlines.

Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective customer service, relational and communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrate heart for the ministry and people of the church family at SVCC. Possess the desire to aid Pastors in fulfilling their responsibilities and lighten their load whenever possible.

Maintain confidentiality in all situations.

Demonstrate spiritual maturity and character consistent with the Biblical requirements for church leadership.

Agree and align with the mission, vision, leadership distinctives, and doctrinal statement of SVCC.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
