Overall description

Responsible for overall process execution from offer to final handover to the customer. Works closely with the New Installation managers for installation (NI). Makes first customer contacts, negotiates New Installation contracts with customers and manages the transaction and progress of documentation in line with the commercial policy of the Company. Furthermore, he or she resolves customer issues, drives customer satisfaction, educates architects, consultants, developers and other professionals about Company products and positions Schindler for future NI projects.

Responsibilities for overall process execution and target achievement from offer to final handover to the customer.

Foster customer acquisitions and loyalty.

Complete sales in line with business plans and internal procedures

Responsible for first customer contacts, negotiation of new installation contracts, and managing of transactions and progress of documentation in line with the commercial policy of the Company.

Resolves customer issues and drives customer satisfaction.

Build relationships with Architects, Builders, Consultants, Developers, and other professionals to educate them about Schindler products and to position Schindler for the future NI projects.

Managing all collection activities in line with the New Installation contract for each sale.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

IT Skills: MS-Office , SAP, SharePoint is an asset

3-8 year of experience in a similar role.
