Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive nursing care to newborns in the NICU and support emergency cases as needed.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, feeding schedules, and medical observations accurately.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and monitors.
  • Ensure adherence to strict hygiene, infection control, and safety standards.
  • Administer medications and feedings as directed by medical staff.
  • Educate and support parents regarding newborn care and post-discharge precautions.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations within the unit.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients under care.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Experience: Experience in NICU or emergency/critical care departments preferred; freshers with relevant internship exposure may also apply.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Basic understanding of neonatal and emergency care protocols.
  • Ability to monitor patients and operate clinical equipment.
  • Compassionate, calm, and attentive during critical situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Strict adherence to hygiene and hospital safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
