NICU staff nurse

Job Description:

• Track heart rate, breathing, temperature, and oxygen levels.
• Give medications, IV fluids, and nutrition; manage ventilators and other equipment.
• Provide comfort, proper positioning, and reduce stress for newborns.
• Teach parents about newborn care and offer emotional support.
• Act quickly during critical situations like breathing or cardiac issues.
• Maintain accurate records and work with the healthcare team.
• Follow strict hygiene protocols to protect vulnerable infants.
